Nicolas is Pan Pizza's 21 12-year-old niece/daughter. Pan often cuts her pancakes for her. Nicolas is known for her hatred of Pan and her obsession with aliens and Butch Hartman.
Sometime between Episodes 19 and 20, Pan lost custody of Nicholas. Her fate remains unknown. It is widely speculated that she is now able to cut her own pancakes.
